It is just a document that states where your husband resides (residential address), his local government area, and state. It is a very important document for married women who are PCMs to be posted to their chosen states. After getting to camp you can officially relocate to a state of your choice based on 4 grounds legally approved by the NYSC body. Below are the 4 major grounds with which corpers can use to relocate to the state of their choice: MARITAL GROUND This ground was specifically designed for Married women and nursing mothers who were unfortunately not posted to the state of their husband's residence.
