It is just a document that states where your husband resides (residential address), his local government area, and state. It is a very important document for married women who are PCMs to be posted to their chosen states. After getting to camp you can officially relocate to a state of your choice based on 4 grounds legally approved by the NYSC body. Below are the 4 major grounds with which corpers can use to relocate to the state of their choice: MARITAL GROUND This ground was specifically designed for Married women and nursing mothers who were unfortunately not posted to the state of their husband's residence. The NYSC mobilization process for a locally trained graduate is quite different from the mobilization process of the foreign trained graduates.  Just as the locally trained graduates (students who schooled in Nigeria) are required to follow certain procedures to get their names and details enlisted on the NYSC Senate list, this is different for the foreign trained graduates (students who schooled outside Nigeria).  These foreign trained graduates do not in any way require the Senate list to be mobilized for service, rather they follow a different approach organized by the NYSC management for their own mobilization. FOR MARRIED WOMEN All Married women while registering online for NYSC must upload the below documents so as to be posted to the state their husband resides.  1. Marriage Certificate. 2. As the NYSC online registration is fast approaching or ongoing, it is important for prospective corp members to know the relevant processes they are required to follow for a successful online registration.
